The CAB Sales Clarity Lab:

Sell through clarity, trust, and buyer autonomy.

A 90-day guided practice program for service business owners who want their sales conversations to feel honest, clear, and easier to finish well.

The Problem:

You know your work is good. People are interested. But somewhere in the conversation, things stop moving.

You answer questions for an hour and give away the advice you should be paid for. You hear "I'll think about it" and don't know what to say. You explain too much, lower your price, or end the call without a clear next step.

Reading about sales doesn't fix this. Practice does.

Selling is helping the right person understand the value, examine the fit, resolve uncertainty, and decide what comes next.

That requires three skills:

Cognitive clarity — Can the buyer understand the problem, the offer, and the value?
Affective trust — Does the buyer feel safe, respected, and understood?
Behavioral movement — Is there a clear next step?

What Makes the CAB Sales Clarity Lab Different

The Lab is built on research in consumer psychology and sales communication, the same material I teach at Jacksonville University. Every part of the method starts with how people actually decide, not with tricks to make them say yes.

That means:

  • buyer autonomy comes first

  • “no” is treated as information, not rejection

  • resistance is explored, not attacked

  • listening matters as much as language

  • trust is built before the ask

  • the seller learns to slow down instead of pushing harder

This method is especially useful for people who care deeply about their work but feel uncomfortable “selling” it.

What You Will Practice

Over 90 days, you build five habits:

  1. Asking better questions, so you understand what the person needs before you explain anything.

  2. Listening for fit, so you know early whether you are the right person to help.

  3. Explaining your value clearly, in the buyer's words.

  4. Responding to hesitation calmly, without pressure.

  5. Guiding the conversation to a clear next step, whatever that step is.

What Is Included *

  • Short training videos

  • Live group meetings

  • The CAB Sales Practice Partner, an AI tool for practice between meetings

  • A printable workbook

  • Progress check-ins

  • Your own Sales Clarity Playbook at the end: your questions, your language, your next steps

  • Structure: In the first four weeks, you learn the method. In the next two months, you practice it until it feels natural.

  • Some participants continue with deeper work after the Lab. We can talk about that when the time is right.

Why Practice with AI and with People.

You can't learn a conversation only by watching someone else have one. The Practice Partner lets you rehearse difficult moments, like a price question or a quiet "I need to think," as many times as you want and whenever you want. The group meetings let you practice with real people and hear how others handle the same moments.

Is This For You

Investment $497

Founding cohorts get preferred pricing.

The Lab is a good fit if:

  • You sell a service, and you usually have the sales conversation yourself

  • People already reach out to you or get referred to you, but not enough of them become clients

  • You want to sell in a way that feels honest, and you are willing to practice

The Lab is not a good fit if:

  • Your main problem is finding people to talk to

  • You want scripts, but don't want to practice

  • You want aggressive closing techniques

  • You don't have an offer yet

Final Thoughts…

What I Won’t Promise

I can't promise a number of new clients or a revenue goal. Too much of that depends on your offer, your market, and your timing. What the Lab builds is skill: conversations you understand, can repeat, and can improve.

For Teams:

If you own a business and want your team members to join the Lab, there is a separate team enrollment option, with protected practice time and voluntary participation.
